Today, in honor of the upcoming Memorial Day holiday, Advanced Remarketing Services took the time to visit the “Boots on the Ground” display at Fort Adams in Newport, RI. This memorial honors all of the US soldiers who were killed in action since the 9/11 terrorist attacks. More than 7,000 boots were displayed with name placards attached for each soldier killed in action alongside their state flag.
The weather was perfect for a day like today. It was truly an overwhelming, beautiful and sad feeling to see how many boots and how many service members that have died fighting for us and for our country.
