Advanced Remarketing Services, Inc. is seeking part-time customer experience representatives to work with the nation’s top charity organizations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities in this position include answering inbound calls, client data entry, responding to information inquiries, and enhancing our customer service.

As a Customer Success Representative you will…

  • Be an ambassador of our brand.
  • Locate, recruit and cultivate relationships with wholesale automobile and scrap buyers to find a home for end of life vehicles.
  • You will answer inbound calls and conduct outbound calls for recruiting and proactive customer care.
  • You’ll need to meet activity standards for client engagement, recruiting and managing pipelines.
  • Effectively manage customer issues.

About You…

  • You will have two years experience in a related automotive or recycling field.
  • You will possess the ability to solve problems while maintaining a focus on customer relations
  • You will possess strong organizational ability and communication skills
  • You will possess the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • You will possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions

Responsibilities in this position include opening, recording, and processing incoming titles according to established procedures, title problem resolution (including odometer discrepancies and powers of attorney), and managing related files.

Advanced Remarketing Services (ARS), a young, growing RI company is looking for an experienced developer to join our team and collaborate in our fast-paced culture. ARS is a leader and innovator in the auto recycling & non for profit industries. Candidate will be responsible for helping to develop company’s technical strategy and development initiatives. Qualified candidate will have at least two years experience, a good working knowledge of JAVA, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and a basic working knowledge of Linux.

Company is looking for problem solver, someone who enjoys variety in work responsibilities and development platforms. Ability to work in teams and independently is required. Position is fully integrated into company services, candidate will be expected to learn new skills and contribute to company intelligence.
