ARS Welcomes Two New Employees from the James L. Maher Center

Advanced Remarketing Services would like to welcome Frank and John to the ARS family! Advance Remarketing Services partnered with the James L. Maher Center to help provide employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. We are happy that both Frank and John will be joining our collaborative team here at Advanced Remarketing.

Get to know Frank and John!

Frank Siembab

Frank lives in Barrington, RI.  Over the years Frank has been doing janitorial work.  He worked for many years at Newport Prescription Center downtown Newport.  Most recently he volunteered at Mount Hope Farm in Bristol, RI, as an assistant to the grounds keepers.  His interests are; sports, working outdoors, eating good food and Legos.  Frank is also a member of the Special Olympics specializing in bowling for which he’s won several awards.  However, just this past weekend at this years event Frank won two medals for Track & Field and Softball Throw.  Frank is also bi-lingual in Portuguese.

John (Joao) Ferreira

John is a resident of Bristol, RI.  Previously, John worked at Phil’s Propane in Bristol, RI and at the concession stand at Fort Adams in Newport, RI.  He has also been an active volunteer at Mount Hope Farm and Magaziner Farm, both in Bristol, RI, doing yard work.  He has also volunteered in a team that helped cleaning up a local beach.  His interests include; playing basketball and community outings.  John is also bi-lingual in Portuguese.
