I am writing to tell you what a remarkable person Amanda is. I have experienced real problems arranging pick-up of my car, which I have donated through you. I am dealing with two different family members in two different New York hospitals, and I MUST get that car out of a reserved parking space today. Amanda has been incredibly helpful, courteous, totally efficient, and utterly reliable--she got the tow company to respond, and she has called me back to report exactly when she said she would. She's a gem, and you're lucky to have her.
