I just spoke to Mandy, who was not only very personable and quickly gave me the general answer as to how soon I should expect to get a receipt, but when I asked for more info, willingly went off to find out the actual status of my car and gave me a more specific answer based on the fact that the car has already been sold. Left me with a very positive impression of your organization, and I thought I’d register my compliments with you.
