Kenneth Weis, Executive Vice President

Ken WeissKen has thirty plus years in the automobile and property world. His experience includes time in a family owned Philadelphia, PA collision repair business; ten years automobile appraisal and insurance claims management; twenty years sales, sales management and product development with ComSearch, CCC Information Services, and USA Auto Glass.

In August 2005 Ken helped lead a senior management buyback of ComSearch from ADESA, Inc. and was named CEO. In addition to his responsibilities at ComSearch, he is an active participant in several industry groups including the Insurance Services Organization Automobile Property Damage Panel, the Collision Industry Conference and Automobile Recyclers Association. Ken also has been an invited speaker at a number of industry forums. Most recently, he was a panelist at the CCC Industry Conference in 2005 and the American Salvage Pool Association Convention in 2006.

Ken attended the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He now resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two daughters.  Ken is an avid golfer and is involved in several activities through his daughters’ school.  A Habitat for Humanity volunteer, Ken recently traveled to Ponchatoula, Louisiana to participate in Operation Home Delivery, Habitat’s Hurricane Katrina Response.
