Kelly Furtado, General Manager

Kelly joined Advanced Remarketing Services in December of 2006 and brings over 18 years of Salvage Experience to the Company.  Kelly knows the salvage industry very well and has worked in all levels of logistics operations and processing.  Kelly started with Auto Placement Center in 1989 as the invoicing clerk in the Taunton MA facility.  She then learned all job functions, including title processing.  In 1994 she worked closely on the establishment of APC’s charity donations services which would become the National Vehicle Donation Division. She was then promoted to Office Supervisor. After ADESA acquired APC, Kelly was promoted to Client Services Manager for the Company.  She personally oversaw the relationships that ADESA Impact maintained with the Insurance Clients as well as the Buyer population.  Her role required an intimate knowledge of State and National Salvage Regulations and requirements.

Kelly, her husband and her two kids live in Tiverton, RI.  She is the Assistant Girl Scout leader for her daughter’s troop and a member of the PTO in both schools. She is active member with her Church and participates in the children’s program. She is an avid supporter of the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.
